Since this is a cheap item I didn't expect much. Its good for the price but you will need to re-tape the handles with electrical tape as the tape that's originally on them comes off.
Thats the only flaw I found, cheaply wrapped handles.
No big deal since its easy to re-wrap them.

The set has held up for 3 months now with 2 young children beating it senseless, that's why I went cheap. :)

The rackets are surviving fine, minus the need to re-tape them when the original tape starts to unravel.

So anything that lives 3 months with my 2 roughnecks is good by me!

If you looking for cheap but still durable as I was looking for, this set will be ok. Just remember to get some tape.

This is a cheap set. Not a pro set. Its not balanced or perfectly straight.
Its just a fun way to get some exercise for the family without going bankrupt. ;) The heads of the racket are already loose from the handles.Thet were very disappointed . I am also. Should have. Checked to make sure they were one piece unitsIt's not professional grade but it wasn't meant to be, just look at the price. I'm hoping it can take a beating from my kids during the summer, if I can get a good amount of hard play I will be happy. If it lasts longer than that, then it's gravy! I read the mixed reviews and decided to go ahead and order these rackets since the price was really good. I am glad I did. My kids, 9 and 11, play with them every day. I have played, too. They have held up and work just fine. We play for fun so we aren't banging them on the ground or being rough on them. I think they will last us a long time and are a great value. The price is great for 4 rackets, 2 birdies and a bag. Rackets were doing just fine after some intense playing. One of the birdies gave up quite early on but that's the nature of the beast I guess. Would buy again. I found that this was a very nice set....if you are gentle. first hour of playing and the red bulb on one of the birdies came off. they break easy but thank goodness there are four. the rackets are nice and havent had a problem with them yet. all in all its a pretty good buy for what you get. for the same price you would only get 2 rackets elsewhere on amazon please ..please dont waste ur money here . this thing is just not worth buying at any price. it couldnt last one game. the string tore up, the shuttle lost its part. sorry to say that its just taking space in my garage. just add probably $5 -$10 more and u can get much good stuff! Be warned: you get what you pay for. And that's what I expected, so no complaints. Real cheap fun for four people. And yes, it won't last long, certainly not without repair.

But do be aware: there are only two shuttlecocks, not the four advertised. You decide it that's a big deal, and make your choice accordingly.
